Job OverviewZuberance is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial UI/UX Designer with strong design skills, to create elegant, visually stunning, intuitive, and engaging interfaces. Mid-level position, perfect for someone with an open mind, aptitude to learn new skills, and enjoys a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
This position is located in San Carlos, CA, and reports to the VP of Product.
About You
Hands-on experience producing UX and UI deliverables (info architecture, flow charts, wireframes, prototypes)
Excited about designing to maximize ease of use. You can't wait to get the numbers from a newly-launched application or site so you can go in and start tweaking
Passionate about designing esthetic user centric interfaces for productivity web and mobile apps
Highly motivated self-starter
Ability to tackle challenging problems on a tight schedule
Have start-up experience and/or are comfortable with the rigors of a start-up environment
Experience working with an Agile development team
What You'll Do
Collaborate with Product Management receiving definition of workflow and user experiences and converting it into wireframes and UI workflows
Develop wireframes for web/client social media/WOM marketing applications
Design, document and create UI workflow - menus, stats and screens, in social applications elements
Assist in the implementation of UI components
Produce final renders of the UI that are innovative and best represent the strategy
Collaborate and communicate with product, engineering, and production design to create and implement the UI
Contribute to the design of UI tools and processes
Must Haves
2+ years of web/ Interactive UI design and development experience
Portfolio of work samples
Client side social media and/or enterprise software application experience
Experience working with enterprise class software development team
Experience in a similar web design/development team is highly desired
HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or Flash highly preferred
BS/BA in technology related field or art, desired
