Cornerstone OnDemand is looking for highly motivated and talented UI/UX designers to join our Product Management team. The position is responsible for creating intuitive, appealing, and effective designs for our suite of applications. We are looking for experienced designers who have a passion and drive to create simple yet elegant interfaces for our products and users. Successful applicants will work with the product management team to develop designs for our next generation of products across all platforms (web, mobile, and tablet). If you like clean, simple, and slick user interfaces and share our belief that B2B applications can be highly functional yet visually appealing, we want to talk to you!Responsibilities:
Create innovative and cutting edge user centric designs for our suite or applications across web, mobile, and tablet platforms.
Take complex application workflows and features and turn them into a simple and elegant user experience.
Ability to transform the best user interface standards of the consumer web and apply them to B2B applications.
Design the UI framework, interface, and experience for existing and next gen products.
Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes.
Develop and maintain detailed user interface standards and specifications.
Work with our product and engineering teams to develop visually stunning products.
Qualifications:
BA/BS or MS degree preferred in HCI, or related field.
At least 3 years professional experience as a UI/UX designer, web design, or related experience.
Strong portfolio featuring examples of designs you built
Demonstrate a high capability for creating simple, highly usable designs and interactions.
User-centered design perspective and understanding of related design methodologies.
Proficiency with web and mobile standards
Proficiency in a variety of design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Excellent ability to articulate your design decisions (verbally and written)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and independent
