Internal agency is seeking a talented and passionate designer to join growing our team.

DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a UI/UX Designer to be responsible for the conception, design, and

execution of innovative visual and experiential solutions for mobile and desktop applications.

The UI/UX Designer will apply knowledge of user-centered design methods, human computer

interaction, and industry best practices to drive useful and usable interface designs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The UI/UX Designer will help implement industry best practices and be a part of a team that

shapes the usability and user experience of mobile products by participating in the entire

design lifecycle from concept, wireframing, prototyping, developing guidelines and standards,

to providing guidance on how best to implement his/her designs into functional web

apps/forms. The Interactive Designer will also work closely with multiple development teams to

provide best-in-class front end design, user interface innovations, and development support for

proprietary mobile applications.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

ï'· Extensive experience designing beautiful, engaging user experiences for the web, iOS,

Android or software

ï'· Minimum 3 years mobile design experience, with emphasis on UI/UX

ï'· Understanding of motion design and related platforms

ï'· Awareness of online trends, popular and digital culture

REQUIRED SKILLS:

ï'· Ability to craft consistent, elegant UI with continuity between the web and mobile apps

ï'· Passion for apps and a strong opinion on how to improve the landscape

ï'· Clear understanding of intuitive functionality and user interfaces

ï'· Detail oriented and with ability to execute projects accurately and quickly

ï'· Detailed wire framing and documentation skills

PREFFERED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

ï'· Solid ability to work effectively under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines with a

willingness to work independently

ï'· Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with clients and internal teams

ï'· A great attitude with an emphasis on excellence, integrity, team spirit and caring
