The Unica Campaign Manager will report to the Director, CRM Yield Optimization and will be responsible for the technical aspect of campaign design and execution. This position works to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of campaign operations through better and more structured business processes, deployment of database marketing best practices, effective use of available campaign management technologies, use of information and analysis to drive campaign operational design and execution.
This individual will ensure accurate and timely execution of campaigns. They will provide input into campaign and offer measurement activities, in particular ensure the required campaign metadata is maintained and that the campaigns are structured to facilitate test and control comparison.
? Provide integrated multi-channel campaign management services/solutions across customers and channels to improve direct marketing performance.
? Work with internal teams including CRM, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Data Science to define campaign requirements including testing and analytical protocols to ensure reliable results.
? Manage the conversion of campaign requirements into detailed deployment plans, then manage the execution of these activities by the campaign team, internal and external partners
? Review campaign results and make recommendations to internal clients on refinements to campaigns that will result in improved performance
? Provide input into the enhancement of the marketing database environment, including the structure of the database, integration of overlay data and configuration of the tools
? Help build a ?best-in-class? campaign management capability
? BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; or equivalent experience
? 4+ years experience in a campaign operations or a database marketing position for a company(s) in an industry with an established reputation for direct marketing excellence
? Familiar with campaign management technologies and their capabilities
? Hands on experience with Campaign Management, Analytic and Reporting Tools desired e.g. Unica, SAS, Micro strategy and Tableau
? Experienced in managing campaigns from planning to execution to tracking
? Solid working knowledge of database marketing principles, techniques, and processes
? Track record of working well in a variety of business situations
? Ability to work independently, think creatively, solve problems and take initiative
? Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
? Strong organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
