Assists in developing and executing on an effective campus recruitment strategy; Develops and manages an industry leading campus recruiting and internship program ensuring employment branding on campus; analyzing, measuring and making recommendations for continual improvement for Freightquote?s campus involvement.
Proactively researches and identifies talent pools and academic programs conducive to high return on investment, establishing and maintaining key relationships with various academic program leaders; Establish and continuously develop networks through campus contacts, club memberships, and career services, etc to maximize recruitment resources and opportunities for the company.

Assist in developing creative ideas and strategies to promote FQ on campus by coordinating field trips to FQ HQ for educational and branding purposes, managing marketing collateral.
Develop and manage industry leading intern program by generating internship applicants; tracking interns through campus recruiting program; and facilitating compliance with internship program requirements (performance reviews, intern presentations, team building activities, etc.) by following up with appropriate supervisors/mentors for interns.
Analyze and measure effectiveness of recruiting efforts and results for each university and make recommendations for continuous improvement for the program; Conducts regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of university recruiting program.
Partner with recruiting team to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilities an effective search process.
Ensures timely and efficient entry, maintenance and data integrity for applicant tracking system, recruiting dashboard and other tracking spreadsheets and metrics for all hires; Other projects as assigned.
Bachelor?s degree ?HR, Psychology, Business or related field.
4+ years campus recruiting experience.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and candidates in a high volume, fast paced environment; Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently; Ability to travel up to 50% of the time; occasional overnight stays required; Strong ?outside the box? and critical thinking skills.
