US Creative Services Manager Vibrant Media

The US Creative Services Manager is an individual who is adept in graphic design and web development and has an equally strong business sense. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the client advertising output for Vibrant Media, with oversight of the creative team and quality control. The US Creative Services Manager will help to fulfill our mission to be the leading vendor side, in-house creative agency specializing in contextual experiences achieving client objectives and delivering the best user experience possible.

We are looking for someone that can:
- Lead by example by creating and building innovative custom advertisements within Vibrant approved product offerings to support Sales
- Create feedback loop to appropriate team members/leaders to innovate new creative and product offerings for the business
- Collaborate with Creative Project Manager to field and assign the Creative team's day-to-day workflow
- Maximize department efficiencies in-conjunction with Associate Creative Director
- Liaise with other teams throughout the business to successfully roll out creative team, product and marketing initiatives

Skills you will need to be successful in this role:
- 3+ years of experience
- Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe CS, Video editing is a plus
- Technical Skills: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Actionscript, XML Interface Design, and Flash/Javascript interactions
- Strong portfolio showing a well balance of design and development
- Superior leadership, communication, organization and collaboration skills
- Experience with client-side communication with backend services
- Experience with Flash Video, Macromedia Flex & Flash Comm a plus
- Bachelor's degree
