US Payroll Co-ordinator Shazam

Responsibilities & Deliverables
Processing of multi entity and across state bi-weekly and ad-hoc US payroll via ADP Total Source.
Setting up new starters in ADP Total Source.
Liaising with US HR to ensure all relevant paperwork is received and correct.
Payroll Calculations for all leavers and new starters.
W2 checking/dealing with queries/distributing where necessary.
Multi entity and across state US payroll journals & salary control reconciliations.
US Payroll state reporting for US tax returns.
Quarterly preparation of commission calculations and seeking appropriate approvals where necessary and before internal review and payment.
All 1099 US contractor payments
Collate US contractor details monthly for year end processing and 1099 processing
Ad-hoc duties as required
Skills & Experience
3-5 Years AR experience in SME
Sage 200 experience advantageous but not essential
Beginner/Intermediate excel skills advantageous
Sales Force knowledge advantage
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
