Do you want to help create amazing products that customers interact with every day?Acquia?s product team is looking for a Usability Specialist to execute the research plan for several Acquia projects. On these projects, you will plan, run, and analyze the customer research to support the product design and discovery process. You will be the voice of the customer and help drive the direction of Acquia?s products by uncovering and translating customer goals and needs into actionable insights and requirements. You will work closely with interaction designers, product, research and design directors to determine, prioritize and run research studies.

Responsibilities
Recruit, screen, and schedule participants matching our personas using social media, and local events
Create user research study plans by coordinating with interaction designers, engineers, and product stakeholders
Moderate user research, including usability tests, site visits, and diary studies
Analyze and communicate study results
Track and report the results from research studies
What we're looking for
Passion for user research and user-centered design
Demonstrated knowledge of UX principles and best practices
Solid understanding of usability testing, field research, and interview techniques
Experience running user research studies using online tools like Websort, Usertesting.com, Usabila, loop11, Verifyapp, etc.
Excellent and convincing documentation and presentation skills
Vibrant personality with an aptitude for recruiting
To work from our Burlington, MA office.
