Used Equipment Sales Manager Modular Space Corporation
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED ModSpace seeks a sales professional with experience selling into large scale agricultural markets to join our team as a Used Equipment Sales Manager. (Remarketing Sales Manager)
The location of this role is open in the Northeastern, Southeastern or Mid/South central US and will cover one half of our portfolio.
ModSpace is a privately held, growing, mid-sized North American firm with 80 locations across the US and Canada.
This well-networked sales professional will focus on the sale of ModSpace used equipment to target industries by:
Establishing a keen and fluid understanding of the portfolio assets and key value propositions
Identifying active prospect industries and key targets within the territory and personal business network
Executing on a portfolio sales plan to show assertive growth of used sale revenue
Our re-sale equipment has particular attraction in agricultural markets; our candidate will capitalize on his or her existing agribusiness networks and connections and experience leasing or selling capital expenditure machinery or equipment.
Day to day activities may include:
Inspecting and documenting our portfolio assets
Coordinating sales materials with Marketing function
Active prospecting and quoting
Participation in market or industry specific networking events and organizations to maximize visibility and sales opportunity
Networking within ModSpace sales channels to maximize target approach and the ModSpace experience for customers
ModSpace sales members are fully equipped for active prospecting with our company car program, iPhones, SalesForce.com and laptops.
The Used Sales Manager must have:
A high school degree
College degree strongly preferred
A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience as above
Strong professional presentation ability
Proficiency in SalesForce.com or other CRM to maximize sales process efficiency
60% travel in territory required.
All ModSpace team members must have:
PC Proficiency in a Windows environment with MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
A drive to provide world-class customer service
