Team player with 4+ years of user experience design. Role will collaborate on continually creating a consistent user experience across all solutions.
• Individual Solution User Experience: The User Experience Architect will continually improve design of all Netsmart solutions. Focus will be on developing and refining solutions so that navigation is intuitive and user workflow is supported.
• Enterprise-Wide User Experience: Key to this role will be developing an understanding of not just how a specific solution can be optimized and improved, but understanding how it fits into the broader Netsmart portfolio and integrates with other solutions
• Prototyping: This role will be responsible for creating clickable prototypes for new solutions. This will include directing the creation of visually-appealing graphic design to match intuitive user navigation and controls that support user workflow.
• Leadership: In addition to architecting user experience, this role will be responsible for leading a small team of graphic designers.
• Mobile Solutions: Many new solutions focusing on mobile workflows will require understanding design principles for devices such as smart phones and tablets, and how to best optimize user experience for use with a given device.
