The User Experience Designer will rework existing designs or create new designs from scratch for upcoming product releases. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams that include marketing, support, engineers, product managers, and QA. Prepare design specification documents consisting of conceptual models, process flows, wireframes, interaction flow diagrams and detailed feature descriptions. You will ensure consistency within the application and document agreed-upon patterns/standards. Additionally you will assist in conducting, analyzing, and presenting results & recommendations from usability studies and customer studies.
Job Specific Competencies:
A Bachelor?s degree with 0 -2 years of experience and a keen interest in becoming a designer
Detailed Intronis product knowledge
Ability to see the big picture conceptually, while also being able to focus and document minute details
Highly motivated and a self starter
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent listening skills
Some background and interest in art and design would be nice, but not necessary.
Some experience using Photoshop, In-Design, Balsamiq, Visio, Axure or other design applications also a plus.
