You Must
Demonstrate passion towards technology and great design
PhotoShop and Illustrator
Know & love HTML, CSS, JS & jQuery. Ability to write clean HTML/CSS using the latest techniques
Have at least 3-5 years of design experience. 3 years of experience does not mean 3 years out of college. A lot of great designers already have 2-3 years of experience between their internships, part-time and summer jobs.
Know when to make it good enough, when to make it great, and when to make it perfect
Self-starter with excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet challenging deadlines
Nice to have
Experience with WordPress and/or Drupal
Experience and understanding of web analytics and A/B testing
Interest in training others
Experience with mobile and responsive design and technologies
PHP
Education and Qualifications
Degrees in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, programming or other subjects.
