You will, among other things?
drive positive results for the business through exceptional interaction design.
collaborate with product, engineering, and customer support teams to improve overall effectiveness and visual appeal of Solutionreach software.
provide strategic insight while utilizing industry-leading practices including (but not limited to) frequent reviews of web application analytics to target, engage, and retain customers through usability improvements.
create and implement excellent designs in HTML/CSS.
You must?
be a talented and innovative designer who has a love for web technologies.
have 2+ years of UI design experience and a strong portfolio of live projects/products.
be comfortable with all phases of the front-end project cycle: brainstorming, wire framing, graphics, design conversion to HTML/CSS, and adjusting the design as needed based on user results.
have a solid academic background in human-computer interaction or web design.
have the ability to work equally well in self-managed and team-based projects.
have experience designing mobile applications.
have an awesome sense of humor.
A typical day might also include:
several trips to the soda machine; we have an unlimited supply...for the most part.
collaborating with a dynamic Engineering team on Bagel Tuesday.
showing off your mad ping-pong or foosball skills in a game against our current champs.
