Job Description
Responsibilities:
Practice modern user centric design process across the entire design lifecycle
Use real world experience, research, and analysis to solve modern UX design problems
Participate in the complete Agile software development life cycle
Communicate with user stories, wireframes and prototypes
Brainstorm design concepts and metaphors
Develop usability goals and objectives
Produce and manage user personas
Document user scenarios
Create design specifications
Produce prototypes
Measure and iterate design on user behavior analysis
Design and conduct usability testing
Measure real world usage and continuously improve product
Work collaboratively as part of a product management and development teams
Know who and be competitive with world class user-centric designers
Be able to compare and contrast modern design language trends
Contribute and manage UI designers
Mentor and manager junior UX/UI designers
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years combined UX/UI design experience and front-end development experience
You have shipped and can show several professional, real world,
user-centric, UX product designs
Ability to articulate concepts and ideas through user centric, persona based user stories, wireframes, simulations and prototypes
Experience in Agile development processes, the ones that know how to document
Strong foundation SaaS applications
Good knowledge of design of component based UX (widgets)
In depth knowledge of User Interface design principles, Human Factors, User-centric Design Processes, Interaction Design guidelines, usability testing methodologies
Know who Don Norman is
