Designing user interaction models, workflows and user interfaces for cross-device experiences
Conduct research to gather requirements, develop personas, scenarios and storyboards for projects
Help to define the user model and user interface for new and existing web and mobile products and features
Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards, create mockups and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate interaction
Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and making constructive suggestions for change
Translate usability and field research findings into design improvements;
Collaborating with engineers and product managers to develop cross-product standards
Pushing the boundaries of what's possible to create delightful experiences for our users.
5+ years of experience in User Experience/Interaction Design working with engineers to see your designs come to fruition
2+ years of experience designing for mobile applications and web technologies
Proven track record in designing wireframes and interactive prototypes using a range of tools (including but not limited to Adobe CS, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle)
Solid understanding of the strengths and limitations of current internet technologies such as CSS, HTML, and JS
Strong understanding of user research methods and experience applying them to design problems
Have a BS/MS in HCI, Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field
