As a passionate, hands-on leader, you will be responsible for the overall planning, execution and delivery of the User Experience of the BigMachines Product. You will be recruiting, supporting and mentoring talented User Experience Designers and Architects, while collaborating with Product Management, Development and, most importantly, Customers, to deliver an unrivaled user experience for Enterprise software.

Establishing User Experience best practices and design patterns
Mentoring and managing the Usability designers and architects
Defining and managing career growth for all direct reports
Recruiting new talent to our growing team
Helping create a culture that ensures good work-life balance for team members and enhances the image of the team externally
Adhering to all BigMachines security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties
Participating in security training provided by BigMachines
Reporting any potential security weakness, exposure or suspicious indications to manager
Working closely with Product Management and Development to seamlessly deliver a high-quality, consistent, highly user-friendly product
Ensuring a consistent, intuitive and innovative BigMachines user experience across all supported browsers/devices.
Create process flows, site maps, wireframes, screen prototypes and usability requirements specifications
Possess strong business and technical acumen; be able to quickly learn new businesses and understand technologies
Usability/ Design/ Prototyping
Managing usability designs for all release projects
Managing usability prototypes and usability testing
Continually building a usability focused culture throughout the company
Adhere to all BigMachines security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties
Participate in security training provided by BigMachines
Report any potential security weakness, exposure or suspicious indications to manager
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, MultiMedia, Information Architecture, Human Computer Interaction, or Graphic Design related field or equivalent work experience
7 or more years' experience in UX, interactive design and/or in the development of Web sites
3 or more years in a UX leadership role
