About the Job:
The User Growth and Engagement Analyst wakes up every morning thinking about the performance of the Twilio website & self-service channel, a key component of driving new users and the growth of the business. It?s all about mining the data for user behavior patterns and trends. You proactively identify improvements in the online customer experience to optimize conversions and associated business decisions. The Communication-as-a-Service space comes with its share of unique user behavior & conversion modelling. The ideal candidate craves this kind of uncharted water, will have a strong analytical background, and a hunger to make results happen.
Analyze customer interactions across the website.
Develop data driven recommendations for site improvements and conversion optimization.
Create and execute A/B and multi variate tests that result in increased interactions and conversions.
Work closely with design, engineering and other teams to effect needed website and content changes.
Drive projects focusing on new user growth, coordinating with the demand creation organization.
Identify and develop KPI?s and benchmark performance against industry.
5+ years of eCommerce/online user acquisition business experience.
Working knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel or KISSMetrics.
Excellent database programming skills.
Experience implementing and supporting A/B and multi variate testing and tools.
Ability to work in a team environment as well as on self directed projects.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
BS / BA in statistical analysis or similar education background.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Software development experience a plus.
Internet marketing experience preferred.
