SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented User Interface Developer to join our CRM development organization. You will work as part of a cross-functional team composed of developers, product management, and QA to build prototype user interface designs for usability testing and management review, as well as serve as a knowledge resource for the latest trends and technologies for web- and standards-based user interface development. You will work to actively assist in improving the usability, usefulness, and desirability of the application in collaboration with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Development teams.

Responsibilities include:

· Work closely with usability team members, business analysts, development team and other internal stakeholders to build storyboards, proof-of-concept mockups and prototypes of proposed and planned applications and features.

· Collaborate in the definition of user interface design standards for applications, to optimize ease-of-use and achieve an integrated and consistent look and feel.

· Conduct ongoing research of web-based user interface development best practices.

Required Skills

· 3+ years of experience in web design / development, with specific expertise with web-based applications

· Fluency with web standards and technologies, including: CSS, HTML, JavaScript

· Working knowledge of HTML5, AJAX, JavaSript libraries (jQuery, Mootools, Prototype, YUI etc.), JSF

· Knowledge of usability and coding practices for accessibility

· Strong web graphics production capability

· Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution

· Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team

· Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter

· Self-motivated and self-managed with a high degree of analytical ability and intellectual curiosity

· Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based prototypes under tight time constraints

Desired Skills:

· Working experience with JSF 2.0 is a plus.

· Working experience with object-oriented server side technologies like Java.

· Experience with Relational Databases (MySQL, SQL Server, etc.)

· Working experience with design patterns: MVC, Builder, Factory, Observer, etc.

Educational Requirements

• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or Graphic Design
