We're looking for an innovative and exceptional designer with an enthusiasm for solving problems in order to grow our company. The designer reports to the Chief Technology Officer and will work directly with the product and development teams, providing significant input regarding his / her work set and direction.This is a newly created full time position which requires strong creative, visual design and presentation skills coupled the ability to translate complex product and technical concepts into user-friendly applications.
The designer works with cross-functional teams to define the technical application's interface and functionality. This includes establishing guidelines for content and interfaces to meet the needs of our customers and users in advocating our user's perspective in creating product designs.
Requirements:
--Experience in web application design
--Experience with mobile application design
--Experience with reports, statement, e-mail and marketing content design
--2-3 years' relevant work experience
--Bachelor's degree in related field
--Experience with financial applications a plus
Important Skills:
--HTML/CSS
--Interface design
--Product mockup development
--Customer branding design
--Usability testing
