User Interface Software Engineer/Sr SW Engineer Adchemy

This position will play a critical role in developing and commercializing Adchemy's digital marketing platform.
The Adchemy platform allows advertisers to maximize conversion and the ROI of customer acquisition and retention campaigns across all online advertising channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, email, and mobile.
You're passionate about user experience, quality, results, and innovation. You have created insight-driven, enjoyable-to-use user interfaces, preferably for web applications. You can express complex technical tasks to business users in your user interface designs, and you can implement those designs effectively. You have experience with digital marketing and with the interests and needs of digital marketing professionals.
We are the leader in intent-based cross-channel digital marketing, and our applications allow digital marketers to manage their business, identify opportunities through targeted insights, and act on those insights in-context.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide technical leadership and display a passion for user interface design and development.
- Participate in user interface design and architecture.
- Create user interface code that is simple, extensible, testable and robust.
- Collaborate with other team members to evolve development processes.
- Actively find ways to improve software (evaluate and incorporate new libraries, tools and technologies; code reviews; refactoring; testing; etc.).
- Organize and lead group discussions.
- Work with customers and product management to identify and define features.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency with Adobe FLEX, BlazeDS, Mate, LiveCycle Data Services, and related technologies
- Experience with other RIA technologies (DHMTL, Javascript, CSS, jQuery, etc.)
- Experience developing data-centric, web-based applications
- Experience with FlexUnit, Eggplant or other automated UI testing frameworks and harnesses
- Experience with Agile software development
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years experience.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus
- Design Patterns
- Human Factors Design
- Large-data analytics
- Data visualization
- Unix/Linux and Open Source Development (patching, building, modifying, porting)
- Digital Marketing tools and environments (DART, AdWords, AdCenter, etc).
