Primary Responsibilities:
Facilitate interactive design of products, features and interfaces with designers and stakeholders
Produce expertly detailed wireframes and workflows for discussion and project alignment
Advocate and educate for strong UX practices and standards with designers and stakeholders
Perform user-level competitive analysis and research to inform UX design decisions
Engage actual users in testing, surveys, contextual studies, etc. to improve UX intelligence
Facilitate strong collaboration with designers, partners, and stakeholders
Clearly and comfortably communicate complex ideas verbally and in writing
- Solicit and accept feedback from designers, stakeholders, and management
Represent high-level UX practices with stakeholders and partners
Manage projects with urgency and a dedication to quality
Stay informed on current trends in the fields of usability, application design, and UX
Demonstrate proficiency in visual design, HTML/CSS, Agile/Scrum, prototyping
Demonstrate understanding of fields of marketing and product management
Participate in professional design organizations and events
