The Opportunity: The UX Designer will work with Product Managers, Engineers, The Design Team and Customers to establish an intuitive, pleasing and cohesive user experience for our mobile product line.
The ideal candidate is a problem solver with an understanding of the fundamentals of: User Centered Design, User Research, Heuristic Analysis, User Experience Strategy, Information Architecture, Persona Development, Wireframe and User Flow Development, Interaction Design, and Usability Testing who will also:
Perform and manage applicable testing, optimization, and related UX activities.
Develop and maintain the look, feel, and usability of the application
Create, optimize, and analyze disclosure screens
Collaborate with the development team to ensure an optimal user experience
Requirements:
BA/BS in design or related area such as information architecture, psychology, human factors or HCI
3+ years of experience in designing user experiences and interaction design for rich interactive web applications for consumers or enterprise.
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
Proven experience defining, developing, and documenting UX design and interaction requirements/specifications
