Position Summary:
This position will define, plan, and implement the web-based user interface design on a company-wide basis. The successful candidate will possess an extremely keen ability to create aesthetically pleasing and user friendly interfaces that direct customer interactions and instill a sense of trust.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement all HTML based user interfaces across the organization, including prototypes
Design and evaluate visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles
Work both independently and with staff from Design, Business Analyst, Project Management and Engineering to produce appropriate solutions in a timely and predictable fashion using Agile/Lean processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of ten years of experience
Demonstrated expertise with HTML5, Javascript, server-side pre-processors and modern web frameworks (Angular preferred but not required)
Experience with contemporary web authoring tools (Bootstrap preferred but not required)
Experience with site analytics, source code management and automated testing
Demonstrated successful experience working with small teams using agile techniques
Demonstrated ability to lead other HTML developers as part of a larger team preferred but not required.

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
