VAR Channel Marketing Manager RingCentral

You will be responsible for for developing, executing and measuring marketing plans and lead-generation programs for RingCentral Reseller partners. This includes all aspects of joint program participation, direct marketing and awareness campaigns, partner seminars and events, promotions and follow-up on activities with partners. The Channel Marketing Manager will also work with the VAR Program team to define requirements for partner sales tools, partner communications, and partner trainings. Continuously deliver ROI reporting metrics on all executed activities businesss plans, manage lead flow within SalesForce.com and provide marketing reviews on a regular basis. This person will work closely with the RingCentral channel sales and programs teams to drive company initiatives. VAR Customer Marketing / Demand Generation
Work closely with product marketing, channel sales, channel marketing and partners to develop strategic channel marketing plans that align with the corporate strategy and supports pipeline objectives
Develop and execute marketing activities to create awareness of RingCentral solutions, educate partners and drive pipeline against agreed metrics includes trades shows, e-mail marketing, advertising, etc.)
Build and achieve ongoing relationships with strategic/top partner marketing counterparts
Tactical execution of channel marketing programs and channel marketing campaigns including e-mail, local trade shows / events, direct mail, referral and advertising
Expand and grow customer level marketing relationships.
Track market and channel trends and adjust channel strategies accordingly.
Analyze and report progress against campaign goals and report on ROI.
Create and Launch Market Development Fund or Co-Op Marketing Program for VARsRecruit and sign Strategic Partnerships with new Master Telecom Agent partners.
Maintain and Manage VAR Marketing Portal
Create content, write and publish monthly VAR newsletter and Partner Facing communication including promotion announcements, case studies and blogs
Manage social media communications with VAR Community
Adapt customer collateral for VAR customer marketing. Drive requirements and help develop marketing tools and materials for Partners.
Launch syndicated web pages for placement on VAR web pagesDevelop and expand C-Level Relationships with new Master Agents to increase sales and market share while maintaining profitability from a sales and overall business standpoint.
Align channel marketing communications strategies with brand strategies.
Work closely corporate marketing to ensure a balanced marketing effort.
Work cross functionally with other team members to deliver on company goals.
Serve as internal channel advocate to ensure partner and customer satisfaction.
Participation in industry events such as trade shows and seminars.
Exceed revenue and lead generation objectives.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
5-7 years Channel Marketing Experience
Successful track record in developing and executing Channel Marketing Campaigns
Experience in generating and managing campaign analytics
B2B or Software Marketing experience preferred
Must be able to create and deliver strong presentations
Excellent customer service orientation via e-mail, phone and in person
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
Ability to learn and adapt quickly
Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
