Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a portfolio that proves it
Be analytically inclined with a knack for understanding what data means and how to apply it for problem solving
Be a people person who likes to create and nurture personal relationships, and who is comfortable leading group or webinar discussions
Be organized and detail oriented enough to manage projects with many moving parts
Have 2-3 years of marketing and/or channel -partner marketing experience
Responsibilities will include:
Creating and measuring online agency-focused content and programs aimed at growing HubSpot's VAR channel
Creating sales & marketing tools and collateral to be used by channel partners / value added resellers (VARs) to increase sales effectiveness in the channel
Communicating product information, new initiatives and program updates with VARs via email campaigns, webinars and forums
Supporting VAR sales team and active VARs with updates and training on new product or service capabilities
Defining and program managing creation of channel marketing and enablement tools like partner certification exams
Managing and further envisioning HubSpot's VAR benefit programs
