Vascular Specialists (Part-time) Biomedix Vascular Solutions
Description: BioMedix is a developer, manufacturer, and worldwide distributor of vascular diagnostic devices and software solutions. BioMedix currently has immediate openings for two part-time Vascular Specialists who are highly motivated, professional individual with good communication skills and excellent attention to detail and follow through.
With general direction from the Vice President of Services, serves as the clinical expert for PADnet, VEINnet and other related disease management products.
Responds to inbound contacts from physicians, nurses or other clinical related personnel regarding the use of the product and testing outcomes. Will lead in PADnet/VEINnet training for customers, sales, service and clinical specialist team.
Responsibilities are as follows:
Partner with the Services leadership to align Customer Service, Implementation, Training and Clinical Specialist department policies and systems with Company objectives.
Provides technical expertise in the resolution of customer issues or complaints and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution.
Provides reporting and communications for the Vice President of Services.
Develops and maintains SOPs, in conjunction with Regulatory Affairs, related to PADnet/VEINnet complaints.
Answers clinical related questions from customers, field staff, regulatory, relating to vascular products and reimbursement of such products offered through BioMedix.
Participates in task force, steering committee or other process / quality improvement activities with an overall objective of improving company performance.
Assists fellow team members to identify and solve problems.
Mentors team members to develop proficient knowledge and use of all problem solving tools.
Objectives:
Work with Vice President of Services to ensure full utilization of technology available to effectively manage call center resources.
Understand the role of a Vascular Specialist as it relates to the policies and procedures of the BioMedix quality system.
Desired Requirements:
Licensed LPN/RN in the State of Minnesota.
5 years minimum nursing experience required.
2 years of vascular related nursing experience.
Prior experience working in a nursing related call center preferred.
Qualifications:
Works independently and is extremely organized.
Ability to prioritize tasks, keep timelines and report daily work activity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated self-starter; shows initiative to start, track and complete projects as assigned.
Ability to: Prioritize workload of department, multi-tasking, work in a team environment; use basic analytical skills, complete tasks.
