Vice President, Account Management StrongMail Systems

StrongMail Systems is searching for a Vice President to lead the account management team and take responsibility for the strategic direction and profitable delivery of all StrongMail clients. Reporting to the SVP Client Services, the Vice President will oversee an account team comprised of Account Directors and Account Managers to deliver all aspects of our client?s success.Responsibilities:
Manage functional team of 15-20 personnel
Manage P&L for StrongMail house accounts
Champion StrongMail Net Promoter Score
Champion the client renewal process
Champion the identification, education, and promotion of additional services for the account base
Forecast quarterly revenue for executive management review
Work with cross-functional group leaders to ensure inter-departmental teamwork and operational efficiency
Facilitate team?s growth and development through hands-on training sessions
Inspire and motivate team to overachieve consistently
Experience and Qualifications:
A deep understanding and passion for email and database marketing
10 years of experience in advertising and marketing; at least 3 years in a similar role as leader (leading clients and teams)
Comfort working in highly flexible, entrepreneurial environment
Proven success working in cross functional teams
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
Highly energetic, efficient, results-oriented
Confident and clear communicator
Possess excellent teamwork and communication skills
Bachelor?s degree required, MBA preferred
Heavy travel required (around 40%)
