This Vice President, Alliances will drive revenue against agreed upon targets and execute joint business plans to co-sell, co-market, and grow strategic partnerships for E2open.
Responsible for working with a team of talented regional sales managers to leverage partnerships to drive sales within North America.
Drive awareness within the partnerships and execute the alliance business development plan.
Establish alliance infrastructure and programs to support proper teaming and drive overall revenue goals.
Engage in corporate joint business planning resulting in an agreed on partner plan.
Ensure that partner achieves jointly developed revenue aspirations.
Provide necessary reporting/forecasting/management metrics.
Work with Marketing to drive partner activities such as marketing events, joint sales engagements, and executive meetings and reviews.
Update/review business forecasts and measure performance.
Manage and update the partner sales pipeline.
Use dashboards and other measurement tools to monitor progress with partners Build business cases to justify investments and resources to address revenue upside
Successful experience in alliances, partner management, sales, or business development.
Strong strategic selling and negotiation skills
Demonstrated performance as a team player who has the energy to be successful working in a professional, fast pace, competitive environment.
Proactive, strategic individual with experience in supply chain management and/or software as a service companies.
Proven track record working successfully with cross-functional & geographically distributed teams.
Demonstrated ability to execute against multiple concurrent priorities & goals. Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
