About the Position
The Vice President, Business Development will impact profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new business development results. Also, the role will ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the Marketing department. This role will maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory/official bodies.
The position is based in Campbell, CA.
Responsibilities
Develop, review, and report on the company?s business development strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed.
Identify key business development partners to drive sales of the company?s flagship Px Platform.
Identify strategic channel partners outside the US and build a business plan for global channel sales.
Create and manage partner sales and enablement tools with the help of marketing
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven track record of driving revenues of over $50m per year generated via partners.
15+ years of total experience with a strong track record in both the software and services industry.
Experience in Customer Service software industry preferred.
Experience in driving successful growth through business development and channel activities a must.
Excellent project and time management skills
