The Vice President, Business Development (Media) is responsible for game developer partner acquisition and retention to provide ad inventory for the Media business unit as well as evangelizing WildTangent mobile platform products to potential partners.
This role will lead business development efforts for WildTangent Media as we grow our mobile reach. The ideal candidate has significant digital media and mobile software/platform sales experience.
Formulate and execute publisher acquisition strategies for mobile ad and platform partners
Work with Media Operations teams to ensure high fill and utilization for publisher acquisition and retention
Maintain and grow relations with existing publishers
Keep up to date with mobile platform and work with manager to provide scalable solutions to publishers
Interact with potential publishers to provide innovative solutions to grow our business
Proven track record of building and managing partnerships with demonstrated ability to develop, grow and maintain relationships with industry partners as well as competitors.
Mobile game expertise and knowledge of digital advertising industry
Ability to think creatively and provide vision and areas of expansion for the partner business
Strong communication (written, verbal, presentation) skills
Superior problem-solving capability
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
Excellent process management and attention to detail

8+ years of relevant industry experience, including experience in digital media and mobile specifically.
