We are looking for an exceptional Vice President of Business Development to lead the development of CiQ?s partner ecosystem. The individual in this critical role will lead all activities with partners including professional service firms, technology partners, media companies and other companies that can leverage CiQ?s mobile intelligence platform. The individual will report directly to the CEO and will take ownership of CiQ?s business partnerships across the globe. The individual in this role will own execution within a fast-paced, challenging environment where the customer and partner list includes some of the biggest names in the mobile industry.
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, results-driven executive with a get-it-done attitude, coupled with experience and business development contacts. The successful candidate will be comfortable with both management and technical leadership roles, and will know when to use skills in each domain to obtain a successful outcome.
Work cross-organizationally to define and deliver solutions that will be leveraged through CiQ?s partner ecosystem.
Build, manage, and mentor a business development team focused on selling and delivering via partners.
Work with marketing, product and engineering teams to create and deliver integrated partner business solutions.
Work with the CEO to establish goals and milestones for you and your team.
As a senior member of the executive team, participate in strategic planning activities as well as general management activities.
10+ years of business development experience with at least 5 years in an executive role.
Proven experience in delivering $25m in annual revenue through partners.
International experience required.
Demonstrated expertise in growing the top line while managing the bottom line.
Proven track record of successful product launch through partner channel.
Knowledge of and direct C-level relationships in the mobile marketplace including professional service organization and technology providers.
Must have experience negotiating, drafting and managing complex contractual agreements.
Minimum of a Bachelor?s degree in a related field. MBA a real plus. Dual (technical / business) education background or qualifying experience a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in identifying, developing and managing relationships with global service and technology partners. Previous experience with IBM a plus.
