These applications can result in increased probability of success, reduced time for clinical development, and competitive differentiation. Nodality has established multi-year strategic collaborations with UCB Pharma S.A. (Euronext Brussels: UCB) and Pfizer (NYSE: PFE) utilizing its SCNP technology to assist the development of several compounds focusing initially on immunology disorders.
Source and lead unique, strategic collaborations with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies for compound and diagnostic development and commercialization.
Lead deal generation for clinical and academic collaborations.
Coordinate a cross-functional team of professionals in research, clinical, informatics, operations, and legal to effectively present the company.
Monitor and evaluate markets, identifying and presenting new opportunities and priorities.
Represent Nodality to outside companies, medical experts, and non-profit organizations.
Utilizes novel and creative methods to resolve problems independently.
Develop and manage a network of relationships to facilitate new collaborations.
Lead business development and licensing evaluations (competitive and pipeline analysis).
Provide input to new R&D efforts and priorities.
Manage and mentor business development staff.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in relevant positions with increasing responsibility in large, multi-national biotech or pharma organizations.
Advanced degree preferred (PhD, MD and/or JD, MBA).
Demonstrated experience with complex licensing or collaboration agreements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analysis and presentation skills.
Experience establishing credibility with key stakeholders and decision makers.
Experience in oncology and/or immunology.
Strong organizational and management skills.
