Vice President, Business Services (Information & Technology) Manage Business Systems Services team; establish & oversee Secondmarket?s Innovation & Technology Group & design/development of new trading platform; coordinate on strategic direction of technology initiatives to streamline business systems processes, communicate software improvements and analyses, and provide overall enhancement of user experience; utilize experience in gathering and analyzing end-user requirements for financial services systems; designing and integrating financial services systems, including inventory management and security masters; managing requirement sessions with business and technical teams; leading a team of business analysts and production support analysts; technical skills to include: wiki, collaborative tracking tools (e.g. HEAT, Sharepoint, Jira & Confluence), experience with Agile and/or Waterfall software development lifecycles, wire framing, and UML methods, coordinating software releases, coordinating user acceptance testing. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Systems or related and 5 years of related experience. Job requires 10% travel to SecondMarket office in San Francisco, California and various conferences and business-related events throughout the U.S. and potentially Europe and Asia.
