Description:The Client Business Executive is results-oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit that focuses on professional execution with speed and quality. S/he manages large enterprise accounts (greater than $10 million in annual revenue) and has relevant experience in consulting and negotiating with internal and external VPs and C-level executives at some of the largest and most successful companies in the world.
The CBE will demonstrate qualities of a results oriented thought leader with broad business knowledge, track record for creating compelling value propositions, and the ability to ?Win the Business?. S/he will be execution-oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills, keen financial savvy, project coordination experience, and the ability to influence and achieve results with all levels of internal management and technical staff. Responsibilities also include department expense budgeting and leadership. Accountability for appropriate program planning and execution resides with this position and s/he must accomplish team and personal objectives through team leadership and development, and personal execution.
This position is based out of Overland Park, Kansas.
Duties:
Establish account specific teams, cultivate relationships and build credibility at the Director, VP, SVP and C levels, address challenging contract issues, and ensure on time delivery of projects, overall customer relationship management and operations support systems.
Develop trusted, relationships with decision makers in each account, understand their strategic goals, and develop plans to partner on those goals.
Provide support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities, as well as profit and service improvements.
Assume responsibility for overall account management and business development.
Possess an established record of executing quantifiable results that bring rapid growth, significant efficiency, improved profitability and customer loyalty.
Understand fundamental revenue trigger points, and develop strategic plan to influence and/or overcome revenue challenges.
Understand service cost structure and limitations. Develop deep market/technology knowledge. Depth in both topics is utilized to drive new service and revenue ideas.
Experience in operations and sales, including understanding of complex technical solutions and regulatory matters.
Successfully negotiate renewal and upsell contracts and pricing.
Develop new materials ? presentations, best practices, rollout plans, proposals, etc. ? as needed.
Move easily from vision and strategy to implementation, follow-through and execution.
Track and report on key metrics for customer success.
Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
Evaluates assigned account?s business processes and provides recommendations for enhancements that generate additional revenue.
Identify revenue opportunities within assigned accounts and their community through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Qualify opportunities and develop a strong pipeline.
Work with and manage to a monthly, quarterly and yearly quota.
Frequent travel to customer locations.
Qualifications:
MBA or relevant experience.
Multi-year experience in managing revenue relationships in excess of $10 million annually.
Demonstrated experience in managing mobile operators/wireless relationships.
Passion for technology sales and account management.
Ability to read, analyze, interpret and record general business information, which may include governmental documents and regulations, in the English language.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Must have demonstrated history of impeccable integrity, ethics and fair play.
Self starter and a team player that will thrive in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to work independently, and display initiative, self motivation and dedication necessary for timely and successful work completion
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
