Caradigm is looking for a Vice President, Client Organization who has a passion for delighting our clients, driving value creation and generating revenue. The Vice President Client Organization will be responsible for all aspects of driving and leading client value/outcomes, strategic entrenchment, client satisfaction and financial results for Caradigm?s current and future client base.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Define, clearly articulate and execute the Caradigm strategy across all clients in collaboration with multiple teams across Caradigm ? must be able to help clients move the meter on their clinical and operational objectives.
? Provide leadership to the Managing Client Partner (MCP) team. This team is responsible for driving client satisfaction, maximizing client ROI and for overall account P/L by identifying software and service sales opportunities within the client organization. They will map a shared vision between Caradigm and client organizations as their trusted strategic advisor.
? Drive achievement of all assigned bookings, revenue, engagement profitability and client satisfaction goals.
? Own client P&L for all Caradigm clients.
? Drive client satisfaction outcomes and referenceability for all Caradigm solutions as a key strategy to grow our business.
? Proven success in negotiating and closing complex, multi-stakeholder projects on-time, within budget and with client satisfiaction.
? Demonstrate breakthrough thinking in assessing current and future market dynamics and outlook to help determine competitive healthcare technology trends.
? Provide strategic input to the Product Management and Engineering on key market product requirements and possible investment opportunities.
? Work through MCP team to implement and define a reporting rhythm to achieve scorecard for the overall health of the Caradigm Client Organization.
? Lead and cultivate a culture in accordance with Caradigm values.
? Accountable for positive leadership of direct reports to include ongoing direction, coaching and career development.
? Leverage internal relationships to enhance business performance and client experiences.
? Drives change initiatives as required to improve efficiencies and execute on business goals/scorecard.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience with demonstrated success in services leadership, business management, consulting, business development with a demonstrated track record of strategic thinking and execution in these roles.
? Proven to drive vision and results through developing and cultivating C-level relationships.
? Demonstrates business acumen, executive presence and gravitas.
? Proven success in driving bookings, revenue and profit for services business in healthcare.
? Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, unstructured startup business environment.
? Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal, dealing with all levels and functions internally and within the client organization.
? Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
? Good working knowledge of the systems, processes, politics, and players within a healthcare provider environment.
? Demonstrated exceptional people management capability with regard to growing and developing top talent.
? Able to travel globally as needed (up to 75%)
