InContext Solutions is looking to hire a motivated and entrepreneurially-minded Vice President of Client Services for its Chicago office. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for managing implementation and driving utilization of ShopperMX, a recently released SaaS product. Our new ShopperMX software simulates product, shelf, store, merchandising and marketing concepts in a 3D retail environment. It allows our clients to develop and share these concepts with partners, test them with shoppers and get them in market faster for seamless management of the concept development process. ShopperMX was released in mid-June 2013 and has taken off quickly. The Vice President of Client Services? responsibilities will revolve around five key goals: customer training, customer onboarding, help desk management, ongoing client engagement, and internal stakeholder management. Successful execution against these goals should aim to provide structure around long term usage and renewal of the ShopperMX platform.

Following are specific required qualifications:
10+ years of experience, servicing clients in the syndicated information services or SaaS product space
Possesses a strong executive presence and experience working with end clients. CPG (Consumer Package Goods), Consumer Electronics, Retail and/or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry experience preferred.
Has demonstrated success managing Client Services teams to drive adoption and utilization of a product line with an extended licensing lifecycle
Is process oriented and adept to developing and improving Client Services processes
Is client focused and service oriented; possesses a client-comes-first mentality
Is a product nerd ? passionate about product innovation and integration in the market place
Has a track record of success working with cross functional teams in a fast paced setting
Travel required 10%
Has strong verbal and written communication skills
Is intelligent and passionate about what they do
Is friendly and likeable. We wouldn?t hire someone we wouldn?t like to sit next to on a plane for 12 hours

The Vice President of Client Services will report to leadership on the Technology team. He or She will be part of the four-person Client Services team. Day to day, this person will work with various members of their account teams, including senior members of the Sales, Research, Creative, and Technology teams. As a key member of the account team, the Vice President of Client Services must have a strong understanding of our clients? needs and how InContext?s solutions can help solve them. This person will work with our clients as if he/ she is a part of their company, exceeding expectations while delivering against a consultative project plan.
When will I start? What will I make?
Ideal candidates will be local (based in Chicago) and have availability to start a new full time position in the next 3-6 weeks. The interview process should take no more than 2-4 weeks from initial phone interview to offer letter. We are happy to discuss compensation including base salary, bonus targets and equity in the first interview.
