VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
This leader will work cross-functionally to translate company and divisional objectives into a synchronized communications strategy against various constituencies. The role will be responsible for all corporate communications from strategy to messaging to execution, working tightly with the full resources of the marketing team.
As the primary corporate communications contact for the company, the Vice President, Corporate Communications reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Develop and drive comprehensive communications and media relations program, incorporating the objectives of all facets of the company
Align efforts to primary constituencies: brand advertising decision makers at agencies/marketers, enterprise customers, investors and publishers
Play key role in distinguishing media business from enterprise platform business
Amplify company?s initiatives in Programmatic space and establish leadership position
Support UK team and coordinate efforts and messaging
Spearhead media relations and industry analyst/influencer outreach, build relationships
Educate reporters and influencers on Tremor Video, Inc. differentiation (media & enterprise)
Cultivate and manage speaking opportunities for executives and prepare/train executives for speaking engagements
Develop continuous stream of new stories, work with divisions/relationship owners to gain agreement from brands/agencies/publishers to participate & pitch to press outlets
Oversee Corporate section of TremorVideo.com (Landing Page and IR Site)
Keep internal teams abreast of strategies, plans and execution
Establish PR success metrics and track consistently
Manage and develop corporate communications team
College degree required
Minimum 15+ years PR experience, both agency and in-house preferred
Outstanding verbal and written communications skills
Polished presentation and interpersonal skills
Proven advertising/ad tech press network
Must grasp technical concepts quickly and be able to articulate simply
Ability and passion to be extremely knowledgeable about video space/our products
Experience in public company preferred
