Overview:
iCrossing is looking for a Vice President, Delivery Management for their New York City office.
The VP of Delivery Management is responsible for selling, defining, and promoting program and project management to meet the needs of iCrossing clients/projects, products, and deliverables. The Delivery Management practice utilizes program and project management principles such as resource management, process improvement, financial management, client service, and team communication. The VP of Delivery Management leverages an expert knowledge base covering program and project management, advanced business acumen, process alignment, and influencing skills. This role drives behaviors toward the attainment of successful project completion, including project initiation, scoping and approval, process redesign, project staffing, and project implementation.
The VP of Delivery Management builds and leads a regional team of program and project management practitioners that provide direction, leadership, and accountability for mission critical program and project management efforts across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities:
Leads mission critical, cross-functional client and corporate initiatives from detailed business requirements development and budget approval through to successful completion, including continuous tracking and improvement via definition of key metrics
Collaborates with Operational Efficiency department to designs, implement, and assess the effectiveness of standardized program and project management processes and procedures throughout iCrossing ? establishing best practices across offices. This includes standardized project documentation and methodology and project tracking and reporting procedures
Develops and mentors program managers, project managers, and project coordinators
Monitors new program development and adoption to ensure quality implementation and continuous improvement
Maintains relationships with all members of the iCrossing senior leadership team and is cognizant of project impacts on any aspect of a given service line within iCrossing
Defines project objectives and measures to be tracked by the responsible client or project stakeholder
Routinely reports to the SVP of Delivery Management and EVP of Delivery as to the status and, when necessary, corrective action necessary to meet client and corporate initiative project cost and timeliness objectives
Influences change to overcome objections that hamper the implementation of critical program and project management process improvement efforts
Identifies and mitigates resource and other constraints that are detrimental to driving projects to completion
May function as Delivery Management lead on major client accounts or internal continuous improvement process efforts
Helps to determine the economic value of initiatives in order to achieve the stated financial goals
Provides Delivery Management department leadership and management for multiple iCrossing offices, as well as best practices across all iCrossing offices
Provides consistent informal feedback and mentoring to team members
Identifies and addresses development opportunities with Delivery Management team members
Independently contributes to iCrossing?s Delivery Management capability
Delivers internal training or brown bag sessions
Participates in discipline and/or service line development initiatives
Participates in recruiting activities by interviewing candidates, representing the company and our work, and providing detailed feedback to HR
Helps to identify additional account development opportunities on existing accounts
Works with Delivery Management Directors and Managers to accelerate additional work on client accounts. Once an opportunity is identified, provides support to Directors in order to quickly scope and facilitate new project starts
Takes pursuit lead responsibility for large proposals, RFP responses, and presentations
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s Degree or equivalent work experience
PMI Certification is preferred
10-12 years of relevant leadership experience managing large programs and projects with 4-6 years within an interactive, advertising, or marketing agency environment
Extensive operations experience in service delivery and execution
Deep knowledge of program and project management principles, methods, processes, and techniques
A demonstrated track record of success and proven ability in providing overall leadership in an organization that has undergone change
Superior analytical problem-solving skills along with very strong critical thinking and decision-making ability
Strong finance, planning, statistical analysis, and budgeting skills are highly desirable
Thorough understanding of computer systems applications, including optimization and resource utilization
A track record of success in quickly establishing leadership, control, vision and credibility
A proactive, high-energy, positive, and influential management style that promotes open communications and collaborative problem resolution and is results-proven
Deep experience with professional services processes and tools including ?workflow development and management, milestone management, and quality assurance practices
Understanding of digital marketing best practices, as well as design principles and creative processes
Proficient in MS Project, project management tools/software, and the entire MS Office Suite
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
