Premier Healthcare Exchange (PHX) delivers advanced cost management solutions for health plans. Recently recognized by Inc. Magazine as one of the top ten job creators in NJ, we are once again on the forefront of technology and solutions in our new Hospital Sales initiative. We are seeking a field-based VP Sales to join our emerging solution platform.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the identification of potential new hospital clients, nationally, for Super Primary and Customized Primary PPO services.
Contacting prospects to present our products and our value proposition, closing the sale by obtaining a signed services agreement, and overseeing the implementation process for the new client into PHX?s production environment.
Establish, nurture and maintain positive, professional relationships with C-level decision makers within hospital settings.
Estimated travel- 75-80%
Ongoing maintenance of the client relationship in conjunction with Account Management.
Required skills:
10+ years demonstrated sales prospecting and lead generation experience
College degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years sales preferably to the hospital executive tier.
Ideal candidate will have knowledge of the operational processes of healthcare payers and an understanding of their goals and objectives.
Superior communication and organizational skills.
Fast learner with the ability to operate within the highest levels of our target market.
Travel within with US as well as regularly scheduled travel to Scottsdale, AZ and occasional travel to corporate headquarters in Bedminster, NJ
