We?re hiring a Vice President of Client Operations to work in our Columbia, MD office.
The Vice President of Client Operations is a leader of the company, responsible for (i) overseeing all aspects of client implementation, management and success and (ii) maximizing client adoption, engagement, usage, retention and growth. The Vice President of Client Operations is a key contributor to building the long term value of Lotame?s business, by applying passion, dedication and creativity to solving Client needs and growing Client relationships.
Primary responsibilities include:
Lead and manage Implementation and Client Success teams, as well as any newly-created Client-facing organizations.
Develop and execute on strategies to successfully onboard new clients, including implementation, training and activation; ensure that Lotame teams gain a deep understanding of client objectives through the activation process in order to map those goals to Lotame?s platform capabilities.
Develop and execute on Client Success management processes, to proactively engage and grow client relationships in ways that maximize client satisfaction and usage. Report on key client metrics and issues (using Gainsight module in Salesforce) in order to feed that customer intelligence to other parts of the business.
Serve as Chief Client Strategist, regularly evaluating how current client needs are (and are not) being met by Lotame products, and partnering with the Product and Tech organizations to inform the roadmap for future product development.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop and implement programs to upsell premium products and services, and to achieve a 100% renewal rate among existing clients.
Collaborate with senior management to ensure high alignment between Client-facing activities and overall company plans and strategy.
Build and enhance senior-level internal and external relationships including representing the Company at relevant client and industry events to raise and define the Company?s profile and reputation within Lotame?s community of clients.
Partner with Marketing to execute high impact Client-facing events throughout the year, including Lotame?s signature Annual Client Summit.
Recruit outstanding new team members to Client-facing organization to support overall business growth.
A true passion for working with clients and ensuring their success.
The ability to articulate and execute on an overarching philosophy for Client Success management.
BA required; relevant advanced degree a plus.
Demonstrated experience and success leading a Client Success, Activation, Account Management or comparable organization.
5 + Years of SaaS or other relevant software business experience.
Demonstrated success in managing both technical and account management teams.
Ability to partner with and influence other key organizations within the business.
Ability to simultaneously advocate for Client perspectives and balance in Lotame?s needs, objectives and constraints.
