You?ll earn above-market compensation for results. We believe in rewarding handsomely for great performance.
This is an outside sales position. You will work with prospects (typically CEO?s and VP?s) in person to evangelize Retrofit, assess their need, and close them on incorporating Retrofit into their corporate wellness program.
This is a full-time position.

The Requirements
Ability to document that you are a sales professional consistently ranked in the top 5% of your peer group
Relentless drive
Remarkable presentation skills
Direct outside sales experience, selling a premium-positioned intangible service
Comfort with and interest in technology
Focus and discipline to work from a home-based office
Commitment to using CRM system on a daily basis
This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the CEO
The Role
Work with CEO to develop target list
Meet in-person with prospects and clients. Because there are so many companies that have employees with weight issues, time management is crucial.
Prepare and present the Retrofit program to senior executives at target employers.
Sign new clients to the Retrofit program
Design and execute internal marketing to maximize employee participation
Build outstanding trusted relationships with our corporate clients
Network, network, network.
