The Vice President of Global Account Management will own all aspects of the Account Management function for TURN worldwide. Reporting to the SVP of Global Sales & Field Operations, this position will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the organization while mentoring the growth and day to day activities.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and grow a world class organization that will delight our customers
Own and drive all renewal and up-sell opportunities across an assigned group of global customers
Manage all contractual, commercial and financial aspects of the relationships
Work with cross functional leaders to develop and implement both short and long term growth strategies
Collaborate with, professional services, solutions engineering, product, emerging media, and engineering teams to create a seamless customer experience.
Become the SME in all aspects of Turn?s technology and mentor team members to introduce existing clients to new capabilities and identifying opportunities to leverage Turn?s product in novel ways.
Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions for complex client deliverables
Be a subject matter adviser on data, digital media, video, mobile and social trends. Teach clients and regularly share relevant insights that will result in increased innovation and ROI for our customers
Build relationships with senior decision makers across Turn's three key customer segments: CMO/VP/Director at Global 2000 brands; Senior Account leadership at global agency holding companies; and Product/Technology leadership at media services companies and media trading desks.
Create and execute account success/growth plans
Bring a positive, collaborative, team oriented attitude, and passion for next generation digital marketing solutions to the office and our clients every day
Ensuring margin target is achieved
Prioritizing and supervising Account Strategist engagement across all clients
Providing career development and mentorship
Creating frequent training and knowledge sessions for the team on key topics
Identifying major growth opportunities from the clients
Required Experience and Education
You bring 10+ years account management/sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, BI, and/or a digital agency/consulting environment
Ability and successful track record of growing global teams 100+ people
Experience successfully managing and growing large complex strategic enterprise accounts
Expertise in developing and executing re-sell/up-sell/cross-sell programs
Excellent presentation and communication skills
You are an influencer who can get multiple stakeholders to adopt your vision and collaborate with you to execute on it
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, tactics and processes across key digital channels including display, mobile, social, web, analytics, BI
You are a great communicator and presenter; you are a problem solver who proactively approaches issues taking ownership to drive resolution
