The buuteeq Vice President of Global Sales is a world-class sales leader ready to come into an organization with a game-changing product and market opportunity that can sustain a 100x increase revenue under their leadership. Fearlessly, this individual will execute sales strategy, build and develop our team, and lead our sales organization?s global expansion.
Responsibilities
Recruit, develop and mentor a worldwide sales organization comprised of international directors, segment managers, team leads, and sr/mid/jr sales executives and market development (lead farmers).
Implement, scale, and maniacally test/iterate (towards elusive ?perfection?) a sales machine that maximizes growth velocity through balancing efficiency and scalability.
Devise a sales team expansion strategy that balances geographic market and segment considerations against competitive, local customer circumstances, and other opportunity barriers to our sales objectives.
Define and manage key sales processes and systems--define compensation scales, set metrics for pipeline management, use automation system to measure and manage performance, establish forecasts, and ensure that individual and corporate sales objectives are met or exceeded.
Be a role model for the company culture.
Requirements
Proven successful track record of leadership in SaaS sales including both transactional and solution selling experience.
10+ years as a sales manager with P&L responsibility.
The ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
Blue-chip academic background, with a graduate business degree and experience of strategy formulation and delivery.
A deep belief in the buuteeq vision of changing the meaning of marketing for hospitality customers.
Experience managing customers and employees locally as well as working with buuteeq team worldwide.
A connection to the hospitality industry either through working in the industry or selling to it.
Strategic and creative thinking. You quickly see hospitality and marketing trends and synthesize those trends to selling to prospective customers and recruiting new hires.
Stellar communication and management skills.
