We are looking for a new Vice President of Implementation. This position has overall responsibility to implement clients sold throughout the Revenue & Quality Intelligence division of Verisk Health
The primary responsibility is to ensure the effective leadership and management of the Implementation processes and functions for new and existing client business. The VP ensures that all applications are delivered in a manner consistent with the overall client experience framework. The position provides guidance to the Implementation Management Team to successfully achieve these goals, is responsible for implementing, initiatives and actions that will ensure goals are met and resources are shared dynamically to meet the demands of all business sold through sales or new opportunities of existing clients. The VP also continually measures and communicates team performance against established goals providing guidance and course corrections if necessary, with the goal of driving continuous improvement in delivering services to the client.
Makes direct and regular proactive contact with clients a priority and develops strong business relationships with high profile, high revenue clients to ensure a strong, long-term relationship.
Works with the Account Management team for a comprehensive proactive client contact program to assess client satisfaction and the team's ability to deliver high-quality, concurrent, multi-solution implementations that support the overall client experience.
Ensures that associate resources are optimized. Assignments are proportionately distributed between teams and current and future staffing needs are planned.
Continually cultivate, develops and maintains effective business relationships with Sales and Account Management partners.
Ensures effective business relationships and communication exist at all levels between Sales----Managers, Implementation Managers and Account Managers so that clients receive exemplary service during solution delivery.
Proactively communicates strategies, roles and responsibilities with the Implementation Management Team and associates and oversees efforts to meet these objectives to ensure all elements are in sync to ensure total client satisfaction.
Ensures collaboration, compliance and execution of the Major Accounts Strategy by providing direction and guidance to Implementation Leadership and their respective teams.
Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to see projects through to completion.
5 years? experience at the executive level in healthcare technology or equivalent experience.
BS or BA degree. MBA or MS management a plus.
Detail-oriented and self-starter with the ability to learn quickly.
Technical aptitude and the ability to interface with software engineers and database developers.
Healthcare related experience a plus
Clear and concise communicator
The ability to multi-task, manage timelines and resources to ensure timely completion of projects
The ability to oversee multiple projects at one time while ensuring consistent and accurate reporting on project statuses.
Provide clear direction, oversight and strategic vision for core product and service offerings.
