Vice President of Marketing
Primary responsibilities include commercial marketing / communication activities, strategic planning, product development, and client collaboration to support business growth objectives for WorldOne.
Developing solution-centric communication material for the Sales organization as well as results-based marketing strategies and plans and promotional opportunities (from concept to execution) for clients.
Leading the strategic planning for the WorldOne commercial roadmap.
Collaborating with the Executive Leadership team to develop and / or refine commercial strategy for International expansion.
Working with peers on the leadership team to define product development, implementation and enhancement opportunities.
Participating in high-level client and partner meetings to cultivate new and expand relationships.
Managing a process to accumulate industry and competitive intelligence to refine market strategy.
Working in close cooperation with countries and regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives.
Providing guidelines for financial planning and forecasting as well as strategic planning exercises.
People coaching and management.
Managing commercial social media efforts and campaigns.
Managing relationships with Industry trades including coordination of advertisement plan, sponsorship, thought leadership coverage, and awards.
Managing PR and advertising agency relationships.
Managing and coordinating all trade shows and commercial events.
General marketing and advertising budget management and accountability.

8+ years experience in marketing
3+ years experience managing direct reports
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, and including Excel for analysis of quantitative metrics
Design systems knowledge
Immersion in social media and online communities, forums and social media
College degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications or related field, MBA a plus Healthcare, pharma and/or physician experience preferred
