This position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer.Vice President of Product Management is responsible for all current and future direction of all iPipeline's products, including strategy, conception, specification, and design through deployment.
This person should have managed complex multi channel architecture platforms servicing large multinational firms; large enterprise software companies or complex technology applications would be preferred.
The background must include a strong awareness of technology and architecture in order to have the respect of the engineering staff. This is a critical requirement as the person must be able to challenge our development approach and understand the development process.
Experience with migrations from a legacy platform to a true multi tenant SAAS platform is important. Ability to design and develop strategy for API integrations and understanding of mobility platforms required.
In addition the person should have the interpersonal skills to engage with customers and prospects to determine specific requirements and articulate the business value. This person also needs to work with sales and marketing to roll out new products.
Ideal candidate must have a strong process orientation, life insurance industry experience would be preferred but financial services; healthcare or large enterprise complex industries would suffice.
Candidate must have proven leadership experience in building high performance teams. Also, highly motivated and energetic with the ability to recruit top quality technical and business talent.
