Caradigm up designs, builds, sells, and operates next-generation clinical software for hospitals and other healthcare settings in the US and around the world. This is an amazing, fun, but very complex and challenging domain that requires strengths across multiple areas of knowledge and expertise.
This is a senior level, global role that requires thought leadership and collaboration with all functional areas of the organization ? across Sales, Regional Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Implementation, and Service. This position will provide leadership for all marketing staff and will be a member of the organization?s Senior Leadership Team. In addition, the VP of Product Marketing will chair the Strategic Planning process.
Essential Responsibilities:
? Set the strategic marketing vision and marketing execution plan for the business
? Lead strategy and product planning processes, and deliver marketing programs, tools and strategies that enhance our value proposition and support commercial go-to-market success
? Align Global Marketing teams to ensure delivery of state of- the-art marketing plans, materials, and messaging
? Collaborate with other senior staff to support strategic product planning processes, including 3 year strategic growth plan
? Develop product marketing team members in best practices, toolsets, training opportunities, coaching and mentoring programs
? Manage global messaging and approach, partnering with the regional teams to execute on marketing strategy
? Drive commercialization of sophisticated healthcare software products with emphasis on building market awareness and execution on go-to-market plans for introducing new products
? Develop a deep understanding of the market and opportunities, including competitive positioning, market differentiators, customer needs, requirements and purchasing behaviors and readiness, in order to formulate a strategic marketing plan
? Partner with the Product Management team and act as a feedback mechanism to provide key market insights and growth opportunities that will influence product direction
? Use marketing and segmentation data to develop and manage processes and programs to increase customer awareness, preference and purchase intent
? Manage to budget allocation
? Attract, develop, coach, motivate and retain key marketing talent
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor?s Degree
? Minimum of 10 years? experience marketing, sales, clinical product applications, or implementation management
? Minimum of 5 years? experience management/leadership experience
? Demonstrated leadership leading software commercialization processes and product launches
? Excellent demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to easily convey concepts to customers, partners & employees
? Willingness to travel up to 30%
? Unrestricted work authorization in the US
? Willingness to submit to and pass a drug test and educational, employment and criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications:
? MBA or Master?s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
? Strategic planner and clear thinker with ability to drive change
? A passion for healthcare with a creative and energetic approach to delivering programs and content that differentiates GE from the competition
? Innovative and collaborative in thought and approach with an excellent execution orientation and results focus
? Healthcare product and industry acumen with knowledge of Health IT products and services
? Excellent project and program planning skills
