Vice President of Sales - Eastern Region ExteNet Systems

The Vice President of Sales is a proven sales executive with a solid track record in sales leadership within the wireless industry who has responsibility for the continued development of ExteNet Systems business in the Eastern United States. The VP of Sales is ExteNet?s senior customer facing representative who is responsible for working with Wireless Carriers to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities where ExteNet?s Open Distributed Networks can be implemented to address capacity and/or coverage challenged areas. The VP of Sales will coordinate with ExteNet?s implementation, operations and regulatory personnel to ensure that internal and carrier resources are aligned to meet the customer?s overall business objectives.
Following is a listing of key responsibilities
Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to grow ExteNet?s business in the Eastern Region.
Clearly articulate ExteNet?s Open Distributed Network service offering to wireless carrier personnel at all levels.
Identify opportunities to implement Distributed Networks to help wireless carriers address coverage and/or capacity challenged areas.
Identify indoor opportunities for Open Distributed Networks.
Lead the Strategy and Sales process for entire Western Region Account Team in growing the business in double digits YoY with Carriers and Venue clients
Provide direction to ExteNet?s engineering, implementation, operations and regulatory personnel to ensure that resources are properly aligned to meet customer and network business objectives.
Proactively identify and develop a pipeline of Distributed Network opportunities.
At least five years? experience in the wireless industry with a demonstrated record of success.
Individual must have extensive experience working with Wireless Carriers in the eastern United States with Senior Executives/C-Suite
Prefer an individual that possesses strong business acumen and has demonstrated this skill set at senior executives (C-Suite) within the wireless carrier community...
Executive who has had extensive experience in Managing direct and indirect teams and experience in new Business Development. Individual also needs to be well versed in documenting revenue growth via Sales tracking tools and presenting such growth to Senior Executives.
An understanding of wireless technologies from both an RF and implementation perspective is desirable.
Base salary plus commission plan and stock options.
Travel & Region
Travel is expected to be about 50%
Region is eastern United States. Key cities are New York City, Boston, Washington D.C., Philadelphia, Chicago, Detroit, Miami and Atlanta.
4 Year University Degree
