Vice President of Sales ExaDigm
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED ExaDigm, a leader in mobile Point-Of-Sale (POS) terminals is looking for a high level Sales Executive, with strong experience in the area of POS Hardware sales or Payments Processing in the ISO/banking community, reporting directly to ExaDigm?s President.
Job responsibilities include:
Meet or exceed sales objectives including: revenue objectives, prospect generation, proposals, along with other criteria designated by management.
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Communicate sales activity, new business development and industry trends to senior management in an efficient and effective manner.
Provide detailed and accurate sales projections for management planning
The individual will recruit, hire, train and motivate the sales team in order to maximize sales performance.
Expand the company's National and International customer base in target markets.
Possess a list of business contacts that could use our services or be a source of opportunities.
Arrange and attend National and Regional trade shows.
Develop marketing and advertising strategies.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required (Equivalent experience will be considered).
Seasoned sales professional with at least 10 years of outside prospecting and selling experience with an emphasis on POS Hardware Sales, Payments, or Merchant Processing.
A proven track record in managing large accounts.
Previous sales quotas of $2M at minimum.
Ability to sell the value proposition of features and benefits.
Excellent communication skills: written, oral and presentation.
Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
Extensive people management experience required including demonstrated effectiveness in the management of multiple individuals in multiple domestic and international geographic areas.
Must show history of proven, measurable results for managing sales quotas and sales teams.
Effective coaching skills with demonstrated track record in improving sales performance.
Working experience in a small entity (startup environment).

Travel Percentage: 50%
