ShapeUp is achieving rapid growth through offering engaging wellness solutions to Fortune 500 employers. For nearly seven years, ShapeUp has designed, tested, and proven several key ways to make a wellness program social. We use these methods on the ShapeUp Platform to maximize global workforce enrollment, drive sustainable engagement, and produce healthy outcomes.
We need you to help us build and execute a winning sales playbook in the Western region of the US.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales initiatives for employer prospects (Land big deals with large employers.)
Rapidly build a sales pipeline that can support a multi-million dollar sales target (And land lots of them!)
Develop and cultivate high level executive relationships with assigned prospects (Can you take your game straight to the top where the real decisions are made?)
Quarterback a multi-stage sales process by coordinating appropriate internal resources (Put Peyton Manning to shame with your skills.)
Provide accurate and timely forecasting to management (Make sure we?re prepared to deliver on your massive sales.)
Maintain up to date records in our internal CRM (Track your stats in Salesforce.com.)
The ideal candidate looks like this:
Proven leader who is highly proficient at persuasion and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders (A star player inside and outside)
Board room presence who can quarterback meetings between our senior management and a prospect?s C-suite
Perfect blend between strategic thinker and enterprise sales person (Design the playbook AND execute it.)
Possess large rolodex of health insurance contacts to hit the ground running (The clock is running, we?ve got no time to waste!)
To Be Successful, You Will Need:
8-10 years of experience successfully selling enterprise software solutions focused on health benefits to Fortune 500 Employers (We?re looking for seasoned pros.)
Significant experience developing and managing a multi-million dollar pipeline (No rookies, please.)
Documented history of meeting/exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets (Were you an MVP in your last position?)
Expert communicator who can articulate our company?s value proposition and strategic value
Comfortable with a high level of sales activity (Can you handle multiple, complex plays simultaneously?)
Effective at running a tight sales process to move prospect through sales funnel, ultimately to close (Move the ball down the field in a coordinated fashion.)
